UEFA Champions League – Group Stage Ticket Details

This season’s UEFA Champions League Group Stage sees City drawn against Shakhtar Donetsk, Dinamo Zagreb and Atalanta.

Fixture details are;

Manchester City v Dinamo Zagreb, Tuesday 1st October 2019, 8pm

Manchester City v Atalanta, Tuesday 22nd October 2019, 8pm

Manchester City v Shakhtar Donetsk, Tuesday 26th November 2019, 8pm

Supporters are advised that as a result of UEFA requirements, a number of seats allocated to Cityzens with a 2019/20 93:20, Platinum and Gold Seasoncard who have registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme are unavailable. Please see ‘Seat Relocation’ information below.

Qualifying supporters can purchase tickets for all three games with our Group Stage bundle receiving a discount on the individual ticket prices. Further information including prices and on-sale dates are detailed below. Please note that to purchase the three-match bundle you must buy all three matches in the same transaction, and your discount will be applied at checkout.

Tickets will be available online at www.mancity.com/tickets, by telephone on +(0)161 444 1894 (option 1) and to personal callers at the Etihad Stadium Ticket Office above the City Store for supporters that meet the following criteria:

  • Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum/Gold/93:20 Seasoncard (registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme) can purchase five extra tickets for any of the three Group Stage fixtures or the three-match bundle – Wednesday 4th September, 9am


  • Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum/Gold/93:20 Seasoncard (not registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme) can purchase up to six tickets for any of the three Group Stage fixtures or the three-match bundle – Wednesday 4th September, 9am


  • Cityzens Matchday Members can purchase up to six tickets for any of the three Group Stage fixtures or the three-match bundle – Thursday 5th September, 10am.


  • General sale supporters can purchase up to six tickets for any of the three Group Stage fixtures or the three-match bundle – Thursday 5th September, 3pm.
Tickets purchased over the telephone will be subject to a £2.50 booking fee per ticket. Phone lines are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. Booking fees may apply on all channels.

Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum, Gold and 93:20 Seasoncard who are not registered on the UEFA Competition Cup Scheme are kindly reminded that their seasonal seat is not guaranteed for any Cup game played at the Etihad Stadium.

Please note: All Cityzens with a 2019/20 Platinum/Gold/93:20 Seasoncard who are registered on the 2019/20 UEFA Competition Cup Scheme will have payment taken from their nominated debit/credit card as follows;

Manchester City v Dinamo Zagreb – Week commencing 9thSeptember 2019

Manchester City v Atalanta – Week commencing 30th September 2019

Manchester City v Shakhtar Donetsk – Week commencing 4thNovember 2019

10 ticket points** will be awarded for attending each game. Platinum members will be awarded 20 ticket points per game.

**Ticket points will be added 48 hours after the fixture has taken place.
 
I was chatting to one of the CM Reps last night (not Colin or Kevin) who said they had been lobbying for more affordable tickets and fingers crossed the Club had listened.
 
They have understood there is no star opponent to attain a significant ticket revenue for a standalone fixture so have gone down a

bundle package, hoping to average a revenue across all x3 games. Pretty good value for x3 matches, so hopefully we'll get decent

crowds.Wonder if the uptake would have been significantly different if bundle package for all x3 games offered before the draw at

the same price? Looks like points awarded for attending not purchasing? Is that new? If so is it linked to the changes on attendance

on home PL games
 
Very good pricing by City...nice to see some progress in this area.
 
Very good prices. Maybe City are also fearing a backlash by fans getting fed up with us getting screwed in this competition. Only £12.50 a game for me - can't complain at that.
