Premier League Games 14/15/16 Sept

Richard Scudamore says 'hi'.
I’ll never understand about this fixation the media and seemingly the governing bodies have about having the same names always doing well, challenging for or winning trophies.

Apart from smaller sections of history when Villa Arsenal Liverpool and United dominated for spells, there have been multiple challengers and winners of titles, and it’s always exciting when that happens.

Look at how United got penalty after penalty for dives in the 2012 title race; had the PL had their way United would have won the title with games to spare and the Agüerooooo moment would never happened - the most iconic moment in English football league history!

Leicester talked about like an unfashionable Prem winning side in a poor season rather than deserved winners of the best league in the world. Could you ever imagine Liverpool winning the league and it ever being said “yeah but it was a poor Prem that season!”?

This fixation of pleasing the nobodies from the Far East and USA who latch onto teams just because they win stuff and trying to fix (with dodgy decisions, FFP and VAR) things so the same teams constantly challenge... just makes no sense!

Well United Chelsea Southampton can cheer us up with a hopefully amusing performance.

No one mentions that football had become boring when it was a 2 horse race for so long (arse and rags)...agree having a competitive league is a good thing (unless youre rags and grievers)

as things stand tammy abraham has averaged a goal every 30 minutes so far this season, which is pretty remarkable.

hopefully he moves to a club with less racist fans. like cagliari.

So that's a fourth penalty for United in five games. Apparently it is very unclear also.

What is clear is that United have now had the same number of penalties awarded in five games this season as we did all last season, and look set to retain the crown for most penalties awarded (12 last season, already a third of the way there).

As if we needed a reminder that the Premier League needs a successful Man United to help promote the brand.
