say what you will about Mangala but he was always alert and would have never made the school boy error Ota made yesterday. Mangala's problem was that he was actually too eager to impress which led to him making some poorly timed overly aggressive decisions.

I agree the team misses too many chances and it was going to bite us eventually. Otamendi though had a shocker yesterday and was amongst the worst of a bad bunch.

It is far from scapegoating. We clawed our way back with the Aguero goal and were suffocating them before his error cost us the game eventually.
