Just about our best player during the league run in. Agreed he can have games where he disappears when he gets tough.Every time I see gundogan name in the starting 11 my heart sinks a little.
The only upside is that it may mean he ain't used in the premier league games next time out
I can count on the fingers of one hand how many games he has impressed me in since he joined...the only one of the squad I'd happily sell

Good team, but then it always will be such is the squad.
Im sure many will start the usual moaning, but we have a squad as big as we do for a reason and it is being used exactly as it should be.
No complaints from me.
Fully agree. The absence of just two players give me a slight worry: Ederson who plays, and Laporte who is injured. Anyone else, even KdB, as proven last year, we can replace without weakening the side.
So we need to get a result. That’s it. These 11 can do just that.

A draw would be a decent result tonight, a point away to the 2nd ranked team would be acceptable. Glad to see Jesus starting, he has looked lively this season. Can't believe Walker is starting again ahead of Cancelo, must be resting the latter for Saturday.

That’s when he played as a 6 though. No one has as much of an issue when he’s deeper but when he’s asked to create. Fuck me he’s frustrating
