Missing wall - building advice

Guide price of just £5000. That building is coming down and will be rebuilt. Reckon it will go for between £40k to £50k

That's what I thought. Especially as land opposite is for sale in sep lot.

Anyway, will keep an eye on it.

65k !!! and they are going to pull it down and rebuild !!! the world has gone mad. It is a beautiful part of the country and know doubt a lovely house will be built there but other than a rich English second home owning Rag supporting Tory Toff will be able to afford it. The local council should have put a residency restriction on it. 65k FFS

You can build a very decent house for £150k, so £65k to buy the land and say £10k tops to clear the site / sort any issues and you have a decent house for £225k. It's cheap really in the grand scheme of UK housing but then it reflects the risk - I'd want it to be worth £300k at the end to make the risk/reward about right. It will be a massive ball ache sorting it out.
