I sent my mate a pic of Shaggy out of Scooby Doo saying it looked like him, am I racist?

If you saw the advert posted above for example that relates to what silva posted, scooby doo hasn’t advertised itself using racism/racist connotations now or In the past so no.
 
Whilst it can be conceived of as a stupid post, I've been told numerous times that racism is racism if the receiving party takes offence, irrespective of whether offence was intended. Surely then, the converse applies...if the post is actually 'liked' by the recipient, it's hardly racist.

Except Bernardo posted it on twitter to millions of people, including many black people who don’t know him as well as mendy to know if it was a joke.
