Norwich (a) post-match thread

Good man, glad you posted, i was getting a bit worried for a minute haha! BTW Tommo your mate KDB got hooked, bit shit tonight, wouldn't have made an ounce off difference on Saturday mate - haha!
Set up the third ha ha, you can call off suicide watch, probably to much disappointment to some members on here

Stats don't lie.
In both games on average we conceded 1 goal to 2 chances (bad) and we only scored 1 in 13.5 chances (bad).
Both are twice as bad as our 2 year average! And both need to be fixed.

I’m saying the “chances” aren’t that great a lot of times, and that the focus should be on getting higher quality chances (the quantity is misleading). Not saying it’s not a problem; just don’t think people are focusing on the part of it that can actually be improved.

What happened with Zinchenko going down in the first half and being booed by Norwich fans after?

He made a meal of it and to be fair he probably asked for that response. Anyway didn't see the game last night but believe he played well. The back four appeared to be much better but opposition not great. But a positive result and good performance gives something to build on. Lets see us do a job on Watford.

Norwich fans must still be on their knees scratching their heads why it happened to them...
God - if there is one - surely is a Norwich fan.

They were so lucky to get THAT City team
whereas Watford where unlucky to be our next opponent and had to pay the bill.

We need to do something about the defence having lost Kompany, and now Laporte's injury.
Walker is too inconsistant, Stones is always injured and never looks fit, Otamendi is rash at times and dives in with tackles, and Zinchenko is not a natural left back.
We can't seem to defend set plays at all.
