I had an email they could not take due to change of card. You can go online and check
I had the exact same e-mail. Looked and it had my old credit card details which expired in June. My new credit card details which i updated & saved online have not saved on the system!!!!!
Something not right about all this. I also updated my card on My Account in June but when I rang Supp Servs last Monday I was told it hadn't updated, which was why no payment had been taken. I hadn't had any email though, which I thought was strange. Anyway, the lady I spoke to updated it again & said my payment would be taken within 48 hours. Still no payment taken so here I am wondering where I'll be sitting next Tuesday as EL3 is still blanked off on the website. I'm going to ring again tomorrow as basically I don't want to be moved to an inferior view.
As I said in an earlier post, I can accept being moved but I can't accept being lied to and generally pissed about.
