Will check it out Anthony says it because it tracked signd and insured Standard is a night mare how long you in Uk for ? If it comes out while you still there i will come and meet you .I will meet any one in Manchester really apreciate the intrest regards Don

That is because you are overseas.
I have put a new link up direct to the publishers website where including postage the book is £10 to the UK and £14 the rest of the world.
