Thought Eddies' contribution won us the game so went for him, but Mahrez, Kev and Rodri were excellent, and Walker had a good game too.

Rodri is proving a fantastic signing, occasionally hurried but generally as cool as KDB

Oooh, the days of Trautmann are nearly back. Had Eddie managed to catch those two point blank headers, I would say that with a bottle of Domestos for his hair, aka Kun and Otters, we wouldn't be able to tell the difference between Eddie today and Bert of yesteryear. But he didn't catch them, not even two-handed, so he needs to keep working, but after that performance yesterday - just he has to be MotM - just stow the peroxide for moment, Eddie!

given it to Eddie, although i think that was mahrez best performance for us. Eddie made a few vital saves that certainly kept us ahead when everton looked like they could equalize. Never easy really at Goodison!

Mahrez for me but no qualms with anybody giving it Ederson but mahrez was the only person that made things happen upfront. Without Ederson we probably draw, without mahrez we probably lose.

Really pleased for Mahrez: he’s looking better and better. But Eddie’s brilliant saves at vital moments in the game were what ultimately won us the match.

That was another case of EFC upping their game. I've seen a bit of them this season and they've put in some grim performances but the performance yesterday would have returned a few more points against the teams that have done 'em.
