hearing the Oliver twist movie makes me think of this always now. A scouse moved over to BC here near me and we met up through darts, i know, i know, but he's actually not a bad guy, great sense of humor.
anyways he was telling me about life there and not growing up in a great area. I asked him what is was like where he grew up and he said "you remember the old movie Oliver Twist?" I said "of course" He replied "well it wasn't that nice"
