What is No Scalpel Vasectomy (NSV)?

This is a specialised advanced keyhole surgical technique first invented by a Chinese surgeon. In terms of outcome NSV is as safe and effective as a conventional vasectomy. There is also the umbrella vasectomy, in a private hospital they use a special tube which they insert through your wee hole and then open it out before withdrawing it. In the NHS they use a cocktail umbrella.
