my mate didn’t get in and he was gutted

We ended up just getting in for kick off
The City fans liaison turned up and after discussing it with police they too a pic of you , ticket and passport open at photo then let you in iirc
But a few blues did bolt back to find a pub

I think the SC allocations have been pretty generous to make sure we get a decent following.

A few of us going over for this not been Italy before for football when you have to show id with your ticket does it have to be you're passport or will a driver's licence do? As don't fancy taking my passport out with me all day on the beer and at the match in case lose it.....
