Advice needed regarding Indian food

Korma tastes like coconut sperm. Most curries are easily manageable for most tastes. If u have a taste for spicy food. Then just go step by step till u find ur limit.... fun is in the trying.

I'd suggest the posters in this thread get together to hit up this place - and I might be tempted (if in country) to join you.. even though I'm still in mourning for Abduls, as technically I'd not consider an Indian to be straying off the reservation

Balti chicken or karahi lamb. Always go for chapatti's as naan's will fill you up too quickly. I usually have a pilau rice with it, but make sure its not westernized pilau rice, which is just rice with yellow food colouring. Mango lassi is nice too.

Roganjosh. Sweet-ish and should be a bit spicy. Tomatoes, onions, some other shit and your choice of meat.
Paneer is cheese but is chewable and very tasty. Good starter/side.
Peas Pilau. spicy rice
Peshawari Naan. Bread with sultanas and sugar and coconut. Lovely.
