On my morning bike ride today, I noticed a new curry house opened in the neighborhood. While looking at the menu posted in the window, I peered inside and saw a framed City jersey hanging on the wall. As they were not yet opened I said to myself I will come back to patronize this establishment. My dilemma is such; being an American I don't know what 2/3 of the menu was or represented. Somebody educate this hungry Philadelphian. Thanks for any replies.

Are you talking ground, seeds or leafy?

It's a spice for a reason, it definitely doesn't taste of fuck all, but you might be using very old spices that have lost their flavour.
