Cinema etiquette, what would you do?

We have a small cinema in our town, tends to show more discerning films, but rarely any noise, disruption.
Maybe it's those complex type multi cines that just attract a certain "type"
"Discerning" as in Emanuel type films where you ogle the usherette wishing you cold push a choc-ice up her bottom during the intermission break? ; )

The Wittertainment Code of Conduct should be played at the start of every film and a sniper positioned at the back of the theatre to deal with non-compliance.
This plus banning any of your own food and the cinema should only sell Code of conduct compliant food and drink.

In that sort of situation, the only things they could offer you is either a refund, movement to another showing at a later time or guest pass so you can watch again at no cost at your own convenience.
Or provide a cattle prod. Just saying.

The usherette is pushing 70, I doubt anything could be pushed there without extreme force.
Definitely not a choc ice.-)
