What does restricted sale mean for away tickets

You may qualify but I assume it doesn`t guarantee you a ticket due to a limited number on offer.First come,first served ?
It should stop non qualifiers from trying.

You've answered your own question. If you qualify at 9am then you won't be allowed to buy until 9am. Until then it's restricted.

not really answered my own question mate, it dosent say restricted sale for Atalanta and i can buy one of them. Does it just mean 'last few remaining' type of thing? if so im not sure why they need to advertise that? just say sold out when they have all gone

It's says restricted sale as you Carnt have a fuckin ticket till 9am May be deemed offensive :+)
