What does restricted sale mean for away tickets

Restrivted sale can mean 3 thing; you need points to qualify, you need a membership, or you need previous purchase history from before s certain date (see Everton at home). It just means not everyone in the world can buy.

as the title says really, I qualify at 9am for a ticket but it says restricted sales on the website?

Are you logged in? Sometimes logging off then back on solves it!

Quote simply restricted sale means that you don't qualify to buy a ticket at that time for one of numerous reasons, lack of points, not a season card holder, not on cup scheme etc.
As soon as you or anyone on your friends and family list is eligible to buy then that status changes to buy tickets.
If you qualify at 9am it will still say restricted sale at 8.59 then will change at 9 to buy tickets
