Put on the Facebook group you have CCTV footage of the person taking delivery of the parcel. If they don’t return it you’ll post the footage in the Facebook group.

Correct, i wouldn't give them the time of the day. neither will the OP to be fair....Who ever took it is not a good citizen.
I would put a claim in with amazon saying you have not received the item. If someone else signed for it, then its down to amazon and the courier company to determine who signed for it. Truth is you paid for an item you have not received. Courier company hopefully has a signature but amazon are pretty good at sorting things out
