Liverpool (a) post-match thread

Our next 8 fixtures are:

Chelsea
Newcastle
Burnley
Rags
Arsenal
Leicester
Wolves
Sheffield Utd

So we have 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th in the table. After playing 1st today. So we are starting a run of 8 games where we play the entire top 8.

This gap is going well into double figures. Impossible to win all them with these injuries and this defence.

We are better than all of those.

The officiating was terrible but they were better than us. They’ve lost 1’pf their last 50 league games which is some going. We haven’t reached the heights of the last couple of years this seasons, that’s the truth

Liverpool have games too, you know.

Just for the record Gundo made the second most passes and had the best pass completion. He also made as many key passes, 3, as any other City player.
But gave away the 1st with a shit clearance

Why did Kun stop playing at the non-pen, could have stopped their 1st goal...summed up his abysmal performance.
Glad those who were so happy about Bravo being in goals were rewarded with a dominant showing from the GK, inspires such confidence.
Played so well in patches but the annoying thing is, we lost that game in the first 12 minutes with our own poor defending and leaving ourselves too open at the back.
Salah was onside, we need to stop bleating about that. We had chances and Kun blew them all, another dreadful performance from him at Anfield.
Came really into there game later on and looked really good but it was too little, too late.
KDB has not been as influential as we hoped this season. Bernado was in and out of the game, strong start, vanished, strong finish.
People slagging Gundogan off as if he was the only person tasked with a defensive role, have a look at how well the others at the back played...not.
Good to hear Pep speaking so positively after the match....

I would rather finish 4th with young lads now then going in with make shift line up. Give one of our young defenders a proper go now rather than trying different combinations with Dino who should have played in midfield today.

We’ve got to give Garcia a go at the back in the league.

Concentrate on the CL as putting our best 11 out but we should give the youngsters a chance to prove they are good enough.

Yes we had an easy draw up until now. We built up a 9 points gap in this time. Pool already payed Arsenal, MU, City, Tottenham, Chelsea, Leicester. all wins bar the United draw. We only played Spurs 2-2, and Pool now out of the stronger ones, 1 points from 6.

We could be 15 points behind on Boxing Day unless we wake the fuck up urgently.
