Var debate 2019/20

Fans are being lied to. The LOTG are purposely being interpreted differently to suit the narrative, and VAR is an extension if their cover up.

There is definitely some evidence to suggest VAR wasn't working yesterday, which then begs the question why lie about it and try and cover it up? The only reason I can think of is corrupt intent by the PiGMOL.

In hindsight now we should have made a foul in order to get the game stopped asap. That way the spotlight would have been on the incident alone and not be overshadowed by anything that happened straight after.

Only if it leads to us scoring a goal, if its accidental handball & we don't score then the game continues as normal

So if its accidental then the penalty has to be given.

Whichever way they want to look at it or you want to look at it we got shafted.

there was an incredible naivety to the way City handled the handball/penalty claim, all the way from Aguero stomping around the penalty area, to the Liverpool attack, the Gundogan clearance.

Bernado's wasn't handball as his hand is in a natural position & he can not do anything about it.

I know we didn't want to admit but the handball doesn't rule out Fabinho's goal (Once they incorrectly don't give the pen)
Thought if it hits an attacker's hand, re Laporte va Spurs, it's a free kick regardless of intent or not.

Apart from that which the ref didn't see can anyone imagine for a second that had TAA been wearing blue the ref would not have immediately awarded a penalty.

Laportes v Spurs fell straight to Jesus who then scored, thus creating the goal scoring opportunity (it was harsh but that is the law), yesterday TAA's handball didn't fall straight to the goalscorer, create the scoring opportunity or go directly into the net... thus not a factor in the goal (once the penalty had been incorrectly not given, which 100% should have been(
