And so are the non-plastic Irish Blues, with joy. Yes we have known for 50 years that the Scouse & Rag supporters in Ireland outnumber the population of Liverpool & Manchester. Is it really necessary to single out Ireland & Wales for scrutiny, even if you have antipathy towards those countries, there are over 100 other countries on the list.

The locations were predominantly Ireland and Wales at the time of reading.

As we all know, their home town fans are bad enough, but it’s the plastics from around the UK, and around the World, who are worse, and even more clueless.

PS. At least Plastic City fans are clued up. ;-)

Assuming the stories about a fine are true...

Accepting the fine is accepting we did something wrong.
If we haven’t then they have to contest the fine.
If they accept the fine then we know that we did.

The article uses the words “alleged violation...”

We have not been found guilty of anything.
Once it was passed to adjudication panel we were "guilty".

This doesn't use the workd "guilty" it says "investigation concluded"

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/footbal...ent-uefa-confirm-investigation-potential-ffp/

Uefa confirmed in a statement on Thursday morning that the chief investigator "after having consulted with the other members of the independent investigatory chamber of the CFCB, has today decided to refer Manchester City FC to the CFCB adjudicatory chamber following the conclusion of his investigation".
