They are not gonna be happy until we are banned from Europe for a season and pep walks . Never known jealousy and hatred for a club in my life. I’ll be honest I don’t give 2 fucks about the champions league so I wouldn’t be bothered about it but they bet are coming after us with everything they have got. I do think pep will see his contract out but that will be it I’m afraid. The likes of Man Utd Liverpool and arsenal loved it when they were top of the tree but when Chelsea turned up and spoiled the party it was war and then to top if off we got bought out. Can you imagine if Leeds get bought out by the Arabs that will be the end .

There's a shocker of an article by Matt Slater, who broke the speculation about UEFA not banning us, in The Athletic. City's lawyers should be all over it as he's basically saying it's been proven that Sheikh Mansour directly funded us, in contravention of the FFP rules.

Unfortunately for him, I've a few followers on Twitter among the City executive team so I've brought it to their attention.

& that is why I never subscribed to that shit housery site when everyone was creaming themselves it will be fair. Might start Fair that way but it’s a start up & investors want a return.

Correct when they realise talking shit about city gets the clicks they'll be 2 day forever more.

We won't have to wait a month now, in my opinion.

There are too many people wanting to see us fail, for them not to pursue chapter and verse in the coming days.

Someone has let it slip out for a reason, we just need to discover whose purpose it serves best.

It could well be Slater got a germ and Sam Lee had to check it with City.

I await Lipton or someone in tomorrow's Sundays to try and put a slant on it that saves face for these cowards.

Not sure that's right.
Chief execs don't get sacked - they are allowed to resign.
Politicians don't get sacked - they are allowed to resign.

The informed persons know exactly what is happening, the ill informed masses are left to their own because no one actually cares what they think.
It will be very interesting, if true, to see how things are spun.
Are the resignations in protest or are they really because certain persons are being shown the door?

If City are on the right side in this then you should expect a clear subtext to emerge regarding the reasons for the resignations i.e. I'll-informed, misjudged, personal bias etc. But it will never be explicitly admitted, it will always remain as subtext.

If City are to emerge with a clear reputation the the subtext will need to strongly on the side that certain individuals at UEFA got it badly wrong. Not that City horse-traded a settlement.

A German Newspaper, De Speigel" was given stolen/hacked emails from Manchester City (and lots of other clubs) The hacker is under arrest in Portugal facing charges for extortion
City have always said they will not comment on out of context materials purported to have been hacked or stolen from City Football Group

Der Speigel released some details from these emails, which suggested that our owner gave Etihad the money to sponsor us
Now although this technically isn't against UEFA FFP regulations, it is claimed by Der Speigel that these hacked e mails prove that City failed to declare this to UEFA, so have broken FFP regulations
This payment goes back to 2014 and if UEFA were to charge us they had a certain time limit
UEFA asked City for information and we submitted documentation, however UEFA, knowing they were short on time, found us at fault,(If I remember correctly on the final day they could) and passed this up their ladder (This is the "IC" investigatory chamber, passing it to the "AC" Adjudicatory Chamber, the AC looks at all the information, decides if the club is guilty and if so hands out punishment)
When this was done City released a statement saying the were disappointed but unsurprised by this action and also said we were totally innocent and that the IC hadn't followed their own procedures correctly. This is why we appealed to "CAS" Court of Arbitration for Sport, to have the investigation declared nul and void
Yesterday CAS said as the UEFA process hadn't been completed, they couldn't rule on the case

So if the AC finds us guilty we can go back to CAS again, but the reports from the media yesterday are suggesting we will not get a CL ban and maybe not even get a fine

You missed the part about human rights abuses & stoning women & gays in the streets

Having been in many, many disciplinary outcomes we’ve always accepted a resignation. You always want them to resign as it limits the risk to the business, any dismissal hangs over for 6 months & they can maybe find any technicality whereby due process wasn’t followed & be liable to compensation.

Its not like uefa have a history of following due process either ;)

The following people in the Ajudicery Chamber are going to have to make an interesting decision...

Chairman
José Narciso da Cunha Rodrigues (Portugal)

Vice-Chairmen
Christiaan Timmermans (Netherlands)
Louis Peila (Switzerland)

Members
Charles Flint (England)
Adam Giersz (Poland)
