A man is sitting alone in an airport lounge when a beautiful young woman walks in and sits down at the table next to him. He decides that because she's wearing a uniform, she's probably an off-duty Flight Attendant.
He decides to have a go at picking her up by identifying the airline she flies for, thereby impressing her greatly. He leans across to her and says the British Airways motto, “To fly, to serve”? The young woman looks at him blankly. He sits back and thinks up another line. He leans forward again and delivers the Air France motto. “Winning the hearts of the world”? Again she just stares at him with a slightly puzzled look on her face. Undeterred he tries again this time saying the Malaysian Airlines motto. “Going beyond expectations”? The woman looks at him sternly and says, “What the fuck do you want”? “Aha”, he says,... "United Airlines".

By far the worst airline I have even flown, Quite possibly the scariest moment of my life on that god-forsaken airline. Travelling from Dubai to DC back in 2010, I remember I got on the plane and we took off, started circling Dubai for 20-30 minutes. The pilot comes on the air and says the main generator is out but we are going to keep on going towards DC. We end up having to land in Boston, where we are stuck on the ground for 2 and a half hours, wasn't even able to get off the plane to go through immigration and stuff to save time. Not to mention that the service and attitude of all the staff were just downright obnoxious and rude. Was the last time I flew United, and I have no planes to start flying them again.
