Dear oh dear I see we have the usual folk on now who consider anyone in a British Military uniform is above the law. The Panorama episode is revealing some disturbing information that should be the subject of further investigation yet there seems to have been a systematic cover up and closing down of investigations. And that seems not to concern some people?

Members of the Armed Forces are actually subject to both Civil law and Military law. Conversely, British police officers are actually subject to less laws than the general public (exempt firearms laws and certain road traffic regulations).
