I think I'm missing something here.
Depends on what she was interviewed for. If it was clear at interview that the role was part time then she has grounds for complaint. If it was unspecified then maybe not.
This...and even if she was successful and got the job ' she ' wanted it would be a fun filled working atmosphere for her
