Bradley Wright Phillips leaves New York Rag Bulls

£400,000 a week at the rags coming up then.

Ticks their boxes.

Had a decent record at Plymouth and Charlton too. Southampton was pretty average like one in every five or something. Be interesting to see where he goes next

Fair play to him, hi scareer was going nowhere until he moved over there.

People slag of the MLS but the attendance figures are not far of the top european leagues and the TV viewing figure are pretty high. It's an odd mix of players and grounds which gives it a funny vibe but i reckon the standard is somewhere between League 1 and championship.

Fair play to him.

It'll be interesting to see how the MLS develops, particular when compared with the recent negative publicity for the NFL (racism and concussion concerns) and also the declining baseball attendances.
Occasionally, an American surfaces in the European leagues, but will the MLS start producing its own star players?
