To be fair, they've had a while to pen his obit seeing as he's been on the critical list for the last couple of years. It wouldn't have been too hard to write though as he was genuinely one of life's good guys.The two obits are in the DT this morning. Clive gets top billing - read the entire piece to Mrs Ewing. Scanned the Gazzer Rag one to see how big a mention they could squeeze for the Ragamuffins - got a mention but way down the list of his favourite things!!

Intelligent and funny guy - sad but inevitable passing given his diagnosis - 5Live earlier had an interview with Margarita earlier - brought a wry smile to my face remembering Clive James

Strange thing is there's been no piss taking on this thread certainly compared to the Rhodes one, Clive would probably be very disappointed.
