This is what people fail to realise. The champions league is simply a league version of the old UEFA cup which was quite hard to win with the champions thrown into the mix.

The Europa League is simply a tournament for those who wouldn't have got into Europe previously. The fact that the winners qualify for the CL is a disgrace.

I'll guarantee that one way or another, united will be in the CL next year.
