Officially the least used academy in Europes top 5 leagues.

It hasn't failed, having players in the first 11 is a silly measure,it is much more than that
Genuinely asking, do you even read the post before responding? The whole point of what I said is that the academy is more than the first eleven.

Don't force kids in to fulfill a target then, just don't set a target and fail it.
Every part of the business any business has a growth target on it,we have only been in the top of the prem for about 5 yrs due to the catching up we needed to do,we have 2 players playing and the 2 cb's looking like they will be next to join,a lot of kids go out on loan and it's a terrible experience and is not helpful in their developement, kane is an exception not the rule,in turn that doesn't get them into the first team, there are a mas of reasons so i find embarrassing laughable

You said it's failed, show me which bit says your whole point is that it's more than the first 11?

Ah you mean the first 11 and i mean the first team squad, first 11 is stretching it in a team that rotates heavily

I'm not debating the accuracy of your post.
In terms of Chelsea. Judge us in ten years, then the ‘new’ City would have been in place a generation.

As you say, Terry probably accounts for much of theirs, let’s see how ours do.

Fairly certain we actually won the league in the 2011/2012 season and qualified for the champions league the year before that. Also it’s currently December 2019.
