Sheffield United (H) - Post-Match Thread

Very slow and predictable 1st half but peps tactical decision going 3 at the back won us the game freed up space to play out from back give us extra men in midfield freed our m.o.m mahrez into acres of space as sheffield had to press with an extra man and our wing backs pinned theres back. There will be clamour now for us to play that formation every week but its not always needed special mentions to garcia walker zin mahrez and kev still need to be better on the ball tho.

Don't let the result distract you from the fact we were shit for the vast majority of that game, and thank god for the referee's intervention because we hadn't created a sniff before that got handed to us.

think Sheffield deserve more credit. They defended really well & blocked us all over the pitch. Doubled up on Sterling & tried to use their one attacking weapon - over the top Vardy-esque

we’re the first team to beat them away from home in 2019.

That over the top ball is giving us loads of problems this season.

When I saw their team at the kick off my first thought was that they had come from the Land of Giants they were huge.

Just back from the game.

Pretty poor performance although Sheffield United are a decent side.

Not seen the goal but surely the first goal hit the ref? Did he completely forget the new rules?
