Yeah thats a valid point mate, I'm thinking of retiring out there in a few years time not just a holiday rental thing which is dodgy out thereNot sure why you would want to buy out there. It's so cheap and easy to rent whatever for however long. Once you buy you open yourself up to all sorts of issues and need to spend £x on a lawyer to protect yourself. Not worth it.
