Away fans in home end again

been in the home end to many games over the years at various stadiums, often chat with people sat near and have told them im a city fan but in respect I wont jump up and down or anything should we score. Even won 3 nil once and the guys round said go on at least clap !

Saturday though about 10 Vale fans jumped up and down in lower SS and then started taking piss. It caused a bit of a disturbance then stewards and police escorted them out.

Thing is nowadays a lot of agencies are selling tickets, there are various ways of buying tickets so it is easy to get to a game. It isn't difficult to tell the ticket office you are a city fan and convince them, also imagine if you was a city fan wanting to go to your first game and you got grilled on the phone then refused. You would go mad. Also club want fans in seats, true they don't want fans in the wrong end but if home support doesn't sell out this is always going to happen.

Yes, FA Cup in 2001. They were in the bit between the main stand and north stand right below the police box

i think that’s where the old Family bit was located so it pissed a lot of people off. They had quite a crowd waiting outside for them from memory!
