People are extremely sensitive above racism so if you are going to gob off on Twitter or wherever you have to be sure you are not pressing any racist buttons, even inadvertently. This is even more the case if you are in the public eye. Just the way the world is right now.
There is an element of hypocrisy about this, in that worse racist shit goes on every single day than some berk chatting shit on social media and nowt gets done about it. But that's the way it is.

I really enjoyed this guy's journey from zero to talksport/lad-hero to racist twat in 10 tweets.
I don't have anything against him for the initial tweets. He's basically a fan, he's so far down the pyramid and the chances of him playing Stones must have been 250/1.
However, if he'd had any class about him at all, he'd have given out some due respect at the end of the game, the same way boxers drop the shit talk and pay respects to people who get in the ring with them. That he just tried to double down, get more twitter fame and then immediately shit the bed was a nice comeuppance.

Just found out that he was given a 6 match ban and 3.5k fine last month by the FA for his antisemitic tweets. Wonder why this wasn't headline news after the media propelled him into the spotlight in the first place, just to have a go at us?
