Arm in natural position but glanced off it - no goal... very harsh.

It didn’t glance of it, it knocked into the path of the attacked who then scored. Utterly accidental, but still totally set up the chance.

If the ball hits your arm, no matter how slightly, just kick the ball into touch or pass back to your goalkeeper at the other end of the pitch as no good can come from it.

The arm was in a natural position - good enough for a defender - which part of the pitch do you change from a defender to an attacker?

Yep, I’m sort of ok with that kind of handball being given, the ball was going nowhere near the scorer until the handball and it led directly to the goal, nothing like an accidental brush and then plenty of work to do to score.

I posted set in stone but forgot to say that only applies to certain teams,how the fuck did VAR not award us a pen for that,cheating pure and simple to help get the scousers the desired result ..
