Have just spent a great day in Liverpool. As an exiled Welshman who has lived in Mcr for 40 years, perhaps I do not get the traditional non-football rivalry with Liverpool. The area around the Uni's, including both Cathedrals is great. Philarmonic theatre is great for gigs and the beer is much better than when Higsons was the only Real Ale available.
