Agreed, but the improvement in the likes of Henderson for example looks different levels to me since earlier in their career. I haven’t got any stats to back it up, so it might be just perception tbf, but that must be some serious honing they are doing in training.

Yeah, who knows mate. Their levels are incredibly impressive. Then again, can’t imagine Sunderland was a hothouse of cutting-edge training methods ...
