It wonder how Utd are going to react to Rashford's injury. That news is worse for them than getting beat at Anfield.

Might they scrap the Fernandes deal and look for a striker? They were asking for trouble in selling Lukaku and not replacing him, and it was OGS who forced Lukaku out by not playing him at all.

He who fight's by the sword dies by the sword. The rags have consistently, over a period of decades, pumped up the price of players to such an extent that only they and similar clubs could get hold of the best players on the market. As it stands, a good player is going to cost a minimum of £75 million to £150 depending on the position in the team. To improve their team in order to compete at the highest level will be so costly as to be prohibitive. They need to spend at least £500 to get anywhere near. Not a fucking chance. Goodbye.

United are a shadow of their former selves, and you can't really see when that's going to change. It's the end of their cycle, but it's going to take a miracle to start a new one by the looks of it.

Martial looks unbelievable when he first signed for United, but it seems that Mourinho choked the life and the talent out of him.

I agree. The Rashford injury is more concerning for them than the defeat today. They nobody else in the squad to get them goals. Supposedly Mason Greenwood is the predator so let's see how he fairs out :)
McTominay, Pogba and Rashford all out f the game against us in the return leg is really concerning for them. We're the only team in the league that can dish out serious hidings. Hopefully they get it on the 29th.

Nothing will change drastically on the pitch until there are big change's in the boardroom.

They don't look like they're arsed about jumping ship any time soon, though if United carry on as they are, their value might drop, and would that see the owners cashing out?

They could buy him back (Lukaku) I heard he was valued at 100 mil but Woody was only prepared to off 130 mill.

No idea tbh, but a good owner with a good cheif executive could have them as a force again in a couple of year's. Lets hope the current regime are around for a long time yet.

Carlton being out is more concerning to me. The rags are much better without him!
