Not talking family members!!

I have 3 older sisters and haven't talked to one of them for 3 years for several different reasons.
Is this odd or have any of you experienced a fallout with a family member??

I don't speak to my brothers but e-mail and text them now and again,no fall out,we just weren't brought up as a close family
We all fell out with mum a lot,i hadn't spoken to her for 20yrs,i had an urge to call her dec 25th,the one before last,just in time as it happened,i'm glad i did

The opportunities to speak to people, attend functions etc diminish with each passing opportunity - don’t waste them because one day they won’t be here

Just be mindful that when they are no longer alive that you don't regret the fall out and all the lost time you could have had together. Sometimes it takes something as final to realise that if we could wind the clock back perhaps we would do things differently. Time and love are the most precious things. Don't waste either.
