Upgrading junior to adult seasoncard

My lad can't make the game Wednesday so want to upgrade his card to adult to allow a mate to go. Is this something I can do online or, horror of horrors, does it involve the dreaded call to "customer" service? Ta

I’d just use the junior card. I don’t think I’ve ever had my ticket or season card checked going in

can't take the risk of having my lad's card deactivated for any games as a result of improper use.

The turnstile light flashes a different colour when you use a Junior card so the stewards *should* be able to stop you.

Iv been in the same boat for 8 years with my lads card,everyone saying you'll be ok etc,iv never risked it,as far as i know they ban you for 3 games if caught.

I've always phoned and horror of horrors it's been really easy and efficient; apologies for making out the ticket office can be ok sometimes

Last season there was an option to do it on line but they seem to have stopped that

I always phone (like others daren't chance it), no problems except twice this year, last week included, had to pick up a paper copy at the ticket office as the card had been cancelled, and not reloaded to the upgrade. Just a pest with the queue at the ticket office, but no issues otherwise.
