Anyone suspect that Klopp is refusing to attend the replay because he has booked himself in for some new cosmetic process over the break? - what fresh horror will he release?

NO he use's Nivea.....

Liverpool now want to just participate in the PL and the CL, or so it appears. The fact is that there is too much football and the football bodies / authorities still seem protectionist so do not work collaboratively. I have some empathy with Klippety on this one but do know that had City taken a stance of their first team squad and manager refusing to play in the FA Cup, which is the effect of what Liverpool, as we know them, have done, they would probably, have been slated by the media. Liverpool get an easy media ride.

The Rags were even lauded in some quarters for playing in the `World Cup Final` and rejecting the FA Cup, apparently for the wider good of the English game ! Another sign of different media treatment.

No slip ups tomorrow night from us and then Wembley beckons again. But, of course, does it really count if the Scousers aren`t in it? Liverpool won UEFA`s and FIFA`s equivalent of the Community Shield which apparently is more important that the English Community Shield, a `competition` they did not even qualify for and lost after being invited along.

Hey ho. The world`s mad and the football world even madder.

Will history be written as Liverpool seconds so can't be used in any way when discussing the unbeaten runs as if they haven't lost since city beat them over a year ago, (in the premier yes) but it never mentions the losses in the chumps league, fa cup and the battering Aston Villa gave them.
Next they will be playing their second side when they come to play at ours and then claim to still be unbeaten all year as the city game can't count "we played our 2nds"
If we acted like them media would slaughter us

United didn’t reject the fa cup, they were told by the fa not to play in it.
If you want to pedal agendas and complain about fair at least don’t spread fake news in support of an argument.

For what it’s worth you are right on how Liverpool don’t get any shit for throwing the cups every year.

The entire stadium will be ticketed and prices for all areas of the stadium are as follows:

Adults: £15

Over 65s: £11.50

Young adults: £5

Juniors: £1 (within the advertised family sections)

All tickets in the local general sale are priced at £9.

Interesting that they have one price band for each category regardless of which stand the seat is in. This is something we should have done for the Fulham game. £10 adults anywhere in the stadium and £1 kids etc

So not only are they disrespecting the cup, but they're fucking over shrewsbury who should have been inline for millions but will get about 20% of what they could have expected if they were playing a senior side, not the u21s.
