Maddison looked like absolute dogturd compared to Foden last summer for the U-21s. Since then I've been suspicious as to how good he really is. Although he is still a good creative player.
Grealish has adapted well to having to carry Villa. I reckon he's got a good head on him.

And that is exactly why there is no rush for Phil. Grealish is 24 and has a really promising career in front of him that could see him reach the highest level.
