This is always a possibility but Pedrerol has very little credibility, despite being born in Barcelona his program (El Chiringuito) is quite heavily tilted from the capital's perspective
 
Messi is Barca simple as. If he wants the manager gone then he goes, if he wants a certain member of the staff gone then they will go. If he wants to have a go in net then that's where he will be.

Every demand he makes will be met and he will be part of that club until he croaks it.
 
When talking about Leo Messi, nothing else matters. Not the salary he would ask for, no transfer fees, not his age, no other player he would take his place in the lineup. When you have the opportunity to bring in the best player in history you just do it. For every pound we will pay him we will earn double through trophies, sponsorships, jerseys, tickets etc. Overnight the cold Manchester will become one of Europe's most touristic city. And with everything I said now, there's no way he'll leave Barcelona. He is bigger than the club
