House prices going through the roof .Loads of trendy new bars and restaurants have recently opend.About 4 miles from both Manchester & Bury City centers .Went to a Lebanese restaurant there tonight everywhere was buzzing

He thought he was the height of sartorial elegance in his Doc Martens and Crombie coat .

Haven't house price always been high?

Been a few times one side of the road holts houses and cheap beer.

Other side some new bars where amstel is only thing on draft at £6 a pint.

Worth a visit every so often and always enjoyable.
