House prices going through the roof .Loads of trendy new bars and restaurants have recently opend.About 4 miles from both Manchester & Bury City centers .Went to a Lebanese restaurant there tonight everywhere was buzzing

Yeah, spent some cash around there doing up the roads etc. I spotted a boozer there yesterday that does sunday roasts and is dog friendly so will be giving it a whirl on Sunday.

I like The crooked Man bar. My friend owns Rufus Bar and kitchen. Great Sunday lunch.

It's very much an up and coming destination.

That's expensive when yer look at the Edwardian 6-bed villas in 'Apper'ay! £1-99 with a double garage and bike workshop! Moston Lane? Yer can buy the whole fuckin' road - both sides - for a fiver!
