If we are guilty after CAS we are fu**ed , we are finished and so are our owners.

Hardly. We will regroup and rebuild. It'll have shorter term impacts for sure, but we have too much power now to be put back in the box.

On a side note, what will be the situation IF we are found guilty by CAS regarding our audited accounts?

Will the inland revenue be taking us on to?

The fall out from this is going to be pivotal for the future of Football and for that matter Manchester City FC.

Why would inland revenue care unless we've been misreporting income and not paying tax on it?

If as we're arguing now that uefa didn't follow the correct procedure and there was leaks or whatever to the press and we get it overturned, what then stops the fuckers coming after us again?

Legally speaking, these things (correct procedures, secrecy of proceedings, etc) hold vital importance as disregarding them throws the whole proceeding into question like our case.

If we get a fair opportunity, there is sufficient evidence to suggest that UEFA acted with prejudice during the course of proceedings which should be enough to quash the verdict.

In any event, it hurts to see the club and the fans having to go through this. Hopefully, justice will be done in the end.

Nice guys usually do get dealt harsh hands by life sometimes for no fekin reason, we tried to be the one in UEFA and got dic***. Hopefully, gloves are well and truly of now to go after them with full force

Our accounts would have been doctored?

At the risk of a backlash, does anyone think we did what we are accused of?

for the record, FFP is there to keep the Status Quo. It’s not fit for purpose.

Looking at the ban “logically” however, our main sponsors at the time and now all have links to our owners. It does look like pocket passing.

If the decision was expected by our club, then our advance media campaign has been shite. If it was to be expected, our transfer policy is to be questioned, as a few players will certainly be put off now this judgement has landed, surely we should have done more business in January. If is was expected, then Pep will certainly have made plans to fuck off, no way is he staying . If it was expected and our defence is that UEFA didn't follow procedure, in effect we're saying guilty m'lord, i was well in excess of the speed limit but the radar was 1 day out of calibration. In the eyes of the public unless our defence is more substantive, we're still guilty fuckers, deserving of punishment and our club is stained . - END OF.
More than ever, our club owners, Chairman and Board need to show that they have a set of balls, that they acted in true faith and honesty throughout this process and start fighting back. A lot of shit has been thrown at our club , most is sticking

As long as the payment into City’s accounts comes from Etihad we have done no wrong.
