I’m all for phones not being used while driving. But if it’s on the dashboard how’s it any different to using the built in radio/mp3?

People can't leave their phones alone, continually scrolling etc. Whereas your radio you'd only touch very occassionally.

Yet a woman can do a full make up job whilst at the lights or edging along the slip road onto the M60, it’s a pretty much daily occurrence, using a phone whilst driving is a twats trick and one of the things that really boils my piss is drivers of very decent cars which will have in-built Bluetooth call capacity having their phones stuck to their ear, if you get caught whilst having the capacity to be hands free you should be fined double.
