UEFA and integrity in the same sentence.... they have none. Absolutely none. It’s an organisation that’s supposed to oversee European wide football but it’s actually the play thing of 14 clubs who instruct it to do whatever is in their small minded and greedy self interests.

What are the 14 clubs?

That say’s we’re 100% innocent and I don’t think we are.

City’s arguments seem to be on due process and on the evidence of which UEFA are using to prove City’s guilt.
Yes, I think it’s probably a bit fanciful, and perhaps not really helpful, to think that we’re completely innocent here. There has undoubtedly been some creative accounting going on, but then find me a major corporation that doesn’t. Google, Amazon, Manchester fucking United, they’re all at it. It’s just absurd that we operate in perhaps the only industry in the world where it’s deemed more of a crime to invest in your company, rather than avoiding paying tax out of it. Mad world.

Messages were sent out - in some cases as soon as half an hour after the news - requesting players’ attend the meeting on Saturday lunchtime. Soriano wanted to brief them on the club’s plans following Uefa’s decision to ban the club from European competition. [
@TeleFootball

also being reported the deadline for the apeal is 10 days,seems very short to me

That’ll just be a notification of intention to appeal.

I keep getting this repeating image in my head.
Remember that City fan who when fans were being interviewed after we won the title at Brighton shouted "fcuk the Scouse cnuts".
Well, i have this image of Uefa and the Sheik sitting in a room laughing and making up, everyones in a good jovial mood as our FFP problems have been sorted and we're all friends again and then that very same City fan walks past with a giant inflatable cock shouting " fcuk the UEFA cnuts"

We don't know what City have, we only went for the process because thats all we could challenge at that time. I doubt we are sleepwalking into a disaster, we will have weighed all pro's and con's.

You didn't answer my question btw ;}

I’m with you 100% if you where innocent you wouldn’t take the pinch (that’s still not to say a deal could be the sensible option), but then by that logic we must have been guilty the first time.

I agree. I think we've cooked the books to a degree.
I think ffp is absolute nonsense, I think fifa, uefa they are all corrupt but I don't expect cas to overturn the decision. I think this could be a long road in which we could potentially come out of it looking even worse.

This, VAR, fifa, uefa... It's really killed my love for football. What kind of organisation prohibits investment in favour of debt.

My view exactly on all the above!!

If we have the evidence, won't we have already presented it to UEFA? In which case they have either ignored it or don't believe it. Or has the punishment been handed down without us having the opportunity to present our defence?

After the fiasco of the last process and UEFA examining our books and giving us the okay to them suddenly changing the rules to catch us - I think the club has no faith in UEFA or their dodgy processes. The news this time that we were escaping a ban has clearly resulted in some of our enemies having a tantrum and demanding this heavy punishment. I honestly think City have given UEFA nothing and are waiting for the CAS (and hopefully other hearings re compensation) to unleash what they have and put a death nail into that corrupt dodgy organisation.

Unless they have a money trail from Mansours bank accounts to City, what have they got some stolen email's?

A look at our sponsers books will no doubt show they paid the sponsorships, all they have is who hrh is? And thats not Mansour according to people who know about AD etiquette and how individuals are referred to, even if it is we can dispute it.

Relax mate.
