I foresee an outcome here of CAS over turning it and City reluctantly accepting a fine/ suspended 1 year ban or something.
UEFA have been very clever (ie slapping 2 years on) and deep down probably know that theirs a high chance of this being over turned.
We shouldn't accept anything and my hope is we are completely exonerated, however a reluctant comprise I think is the likely outcome in all of this.

How soon before the premier league gets the streaming app up and running. It will be worth a heck of a lot more than the current tv deal, that might improve our coffers in the coming years if it’s carved up fairly. UEFA will be pissed off as the European comps will be dominated by the Premier league teams if it does.

The offseason tournaments already exist (and haven't actually done that well as of late). I don't see it.
