Ageed, the only problem of any agent is he is not payed by the player and as such not an employee, more often in South America the player is the employee

They do get paid by the player, 10-15% of earnings. The agents fees are just extra.

In South America my understanding is the problem is co-ownership of rights where the agent starts having way too much power.
 
Tell you what would be embarrassing is if we never even made an attempt to sign his guy before he went to Dortmund . I mean I would imagine that he had already decided to go there but we should have still threw an offer into the mix especially considering his dad played for us. This guy is a machine .
 
Can't say whether or not he'll every play for us due to his agent, but we absolutely cannot let him play for anyone else in England.
